STUDIO ETIQUETTE & KEY GUIDELINES
These simple guidelines help everything flow smoothly:
• Arrive on time - your booking starts and ends at the reserved time
• Wrap on time - plan cleanup into your booking window
• Leave the space as you found it
• Bag all trash and remove personal items
• No permanent alterations to walls, floors, or fixtures
• No open flames unless approved in advance
• Respect neighbors and surrounding businesses

Roy G. Fegan
Founder & Director
Roy G. Fegan is a seasoned comedic actor, director, writer, and creative coach with a long-standing career in film, television, and live performance. Known for his sharp wit and dynamic presence, Roy G, has worked alongside some of the industry's top comedic talents while building a legacy rooted in mentorship and creative development.
As an acting coach including time teaching at USC, he has helped countless emerging artists hone their craft and navigate the entertainment industry. As the founder of Arts District Studios, Roy champions the power of “edutainment” combining education with entertainment to inspire and equip the next generation of talent. His mission is to help artists sharpen their skills, discover their unique voice, and turn passion into purpose both on and off the stage.
